Rcmentertain (.com) Company´s  world is influenced by different cultures and music is our first passion in life. Our dream is to spread and present the East African music and culture to other cultures. RCM will be the first ambassador to spread East African (Ugandan music) and culture out of the East African border. Our mission in life is "to make music and culture an essential part of human beings". Through us you will hear, see, know, learn about and experience the best of the East African music and its cultural sphere.

Background
We are Racomstarz music artists (Cyrus Migadde, Brian Nsamba) and cultural interested people who are originally from East Africa (Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and Burundi). We are proud of our East African heritage and we are not afraid to celebrate it, to show it, teach others to understand it or brag about it. Since April 2004, we have through (RCM Entertainment HB) Rcmentertain.com been promoting, sponsoring, writting about, participating in and advertised many music and culture projects. During these six years (RCM Entertainment HB) Rcmentertain.com has been one of the most popular websites to advertise and to promote East African music artists, music clubs, radio, newspapers and cultural festivals to the East Africans in the diaspora. Our business policy had been to link the East African region's music and culture of Scandinavia, and vice versa ("Your Link to East Africa, Your gateway to Scandinavian music, culture ...")

RCM Business Idea
From the 1st of January 2010, the business side of Rcmentertain.com has been renewed and extended. Rcmentertain.com (RCM Entertainment HB) has gone from being a platform for East African,Scandinavian people, music and culture to a product based business Rcmentertain.com (Rcmentertain Company) . Rcmentertain Company (Rcmentertain.com) new business policy is "Linking East African music and culture to the world", (linking the East African music and cultural products to the world). The main purposes of (Rcmentertain Company) Rcmentertain.com new business are to package, market, distribute and sell the East African cultural products. The second purpose of our business is to create a large economic benefit that can be beneficial to so many disadvantaged people on the social, cultural and economic level. The final and most important objective of our business is to get East African music and cultural products to a world market.


Currently there is no established system to paket, market, distribute, sell or promote East African music and cultural products. Because of this, there is a strong need and demand for East African products of East Africans living abroad. These people have a need to acquire cultural products in order to create a true social interaction with each other and their children. In the absence of the opportunity to practice their culture, they have to wait until they get a chance to travel to East Africa / Africa in to buy a Ugandan music CD, an East African/African drum, dress or a book. Rcmentertain Company believes that there should be no reason why East Africans/African people do not listen to their culture's music. We neither see any reason why Africans cannot dress in their culture's clothing. Rcmentertain Company is created to satisfy those needs and frustrations; Just because of that there is a need for amelioration of these conditions. Rcmentertain Company's intention is to create a system that will link East African cultural products to the East Africans/Africans in the diaspora. On Rcmentertain.com shop, all Africans, both cultural interested people around the world will be able to register, og in, purchase and press an order of East African products.

Products
We sell East African (Ugandan music) music and traditional African clothing for men, women and accessories. The men and women, the clothes we buy are in the styles (Dashiki, kaftan, Kent, Tie and Dye, etc.) and accessories (hats, bags,T-shirts, earrings, greeting cards, sarongs bracelets e.t.c) we believe are already selling in the African market. The music we buy, should firstly be from known and established artists. It should be culture-bearing, estimated in East Africa and sought after by East Africans living abroad. It is important to us that most of the products we buy are made by Africans, that way we contribute back to the African people, society and development. The third key point is that our products will be of high quality and tailored to suit the European customer needs. Fourthly, our products will be important and good for our customers. The last important point is that we will apply a fair trade, aiming to sell environmentally friendly and culturally attractive products.

Vision and Business Development
RCM goal within the first three years is to prepare, launch and build up a detailed business flow that works and that will make a reasonable profit to us and our product producers a moderately good life. Rcmentertain Company long-term goals within five years is to be established on the Scandinavian market. It is then important that we appear to people and businesses in the Scandinavia and East African regions .

After that we shall expand our operations in other geographical markets in Europe. Rcmentertain Company shall then be aiming to be one of the most successful and profitable business in / with packaging, importing, distributing and selling East African (Ugandan) music and African cultural clothing to Scandinavia and the world. Rcmentertain Company shall, within 8 years has had time to establish our own product producers in Africa and developed an efficient distribution system to import East African music and cultural products to the world. With the distribution system, we will focus on importing and selling East African / African products to other companies within the same industry in Europe.

Vi believe that we can elevate our disadvantaged community through buying the cultural products they produce. From the token they get they can be able to acquire the basic neccessities of their families. Through hard work and co operation to sell the African traditional products we produce to the big world, we can all achieve a financial gain that may help us all live our dream life.
